Floors with chemically hardened toppings

Chemical treatment of concrete allows for a hard crystalline layer to be created on the top surface of the concrete, significantly increasing hardness, density, wear-resistance and impact-resistance.

At the same time, flooring made with chemically treated concrete is more resistant to road salts.

Floors with a chemically-hardened topping are resistant to petroleum, oils, solvents and anti-freeze substances; they do not rust.

Floors with a hardened topping do not hold an electrostatic charge and are not slippery. These floors have increased surface density and therefore withstand loads caused by pushing and pulling of equipment, loader traffic, caterpillar-type tractors and trolleys with steel wheels.

Floors with chemically hardened toppings are especially suited for rooms with wet conditions, parking lots, loading/unloading ramps, storage spaces, as well as any outdoor surfaces.

We recommend the use of chemically hardened floors in warehouses, repair shops, industrial facilities, car showrooms and retailing areas.
